Halal by default

Every meal and snack we cook is halal. There is nothing to flag, nothing to double-check, and no separate arrangement to set up. It is simply how we cook here.

🚫

No pork in the home

Pork is never served or stored here, so there is no worry about mix-ups or anything crossing over at the table.

🏠

Familiar, home-cooked food

Warm, wholesome meals made fresh in our kitchen, the kind of food your child is already used to eating at home.

🤝

Understood, not just accommodated

You will not need to explain what halal means or why it matters. Your family's way of doing things is already understood here, and respected without question.

🌙

Closed for Eid

We close for Eid, so your family is never choosing between the celebration and a day of care. No separate day off to arrange, and no explaining why your child is away.

Would rather send your child's own food from home? That is always welcome too, at no extra cost.

Saba, caregiver at Tiny Oaks Day Home

Assalam-o-Alaikum! I'm Saba 👋

Tiny Oaks is my home, and when your child walks through that door, it becomes theirs too. Caring for children in Royal Oak is what I love to do.

As a Muslim family ourselves, we know the quiet worries that come with leaving your little one somewhere new: whether the food is really halal, whether your family's way of doing things will be understood. Here, none of it needs explaining. Our kitchen is halal, pork is never in the home, and your child is cared for the way you would want at home.

As a licensed Discovery Tots agency home, I keep my group small and follow trusted safety and early-learning standards, so every child gets real, personal attention in a home that's set up to care for them well.

What Parents Are Saying
From families who trusted us with their most precious ones.
★★★★★

We are so happy to have found Ms. Saba! Our son has been attending her dayhome since May, when he was just one year old, and he absolutely loves going every morning. Ms. Saba truly loves the kids like her own. I didn't think I would be able to leave him with someone other than family, but when he is with Ms. Saba, I know he is safe, loved, and cared for. It truly feels like a second home to him.

The caregiver, Ms. Saba, is caring, patient, and attentive to the children's individual needs. My grandchild enjoys going there and has grown more confident and social. We truly appreciate the love and care they provide every day.
